Domi Medical LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy covers domimedical.com, the public website of Domi Medical LLC ("Domi", "we", "us"). It explains what we collect when you visit this site or get in touch with us, and what we do with it.
2. Patient health information is covered separately
Domi makes electronic health record software for medical practices. When a practice uses Domi, the health information in its records belongs to that practice. It is protected by HIPAA and described in the practice's own Notice of Privacy Practices - not by this policy.
We handle that information only as the practice's business associate, under a business associate agreement, and only to provide and support the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
To see, copy or correct your health information, or to ask how it is used, contact your practice directly.
What the patient portal and the Domi apps themselves collect, where that data lives and who can see it is described in a separate notice, at /app-privacy. The terms for using this website and its demo are at /terms.
3. What we collect on this website
- When you browse. Like any web server, ours receives technical details with each request - your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- When you contact us. If you email us or send a demo request, we receive what you send: your name, work email, practice name and role, and anything else you choose to add - number of providers, current EMR, phone number and a message. A demo request is delivered to our inbox by email, and we send you one confirmation email. This site does not save it anywhere else.
- Nothing else. Browsing this site needs no account, and we do not buy information about you from anyone.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no analytics or third-party tracking scripts, and uses no social-media pixels.
To load faster next time, your browser may keep a copy of the site's own files (a standard “service worker” cache). It holds no personal information. The sign-in pages for practice staff and patients linked from this site store only what is needed to keep you signed in.
5. How we use it
- To answer you - reply to your questions, arrange a demo, and follow up when you have asked us to.
- To keep the site working and safe - for example, slowing down automated form submissions.
- To meet legal obligations - when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Text messages
If a practice that uses Domi texts you - for example, an appointment reminder - it does so because you agreed to receive those messages from that practice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
8. How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and to carry on any business relationship that follows, or until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect what we hold, and this site is served only over an encrypted connection. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure - so please don't email us health information.
10. Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information you've given us through this site, or to stop contacting you, by writing to admin@domimedical.com. Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights; we will respond as that law requires, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
11. Children
This site is meant for healthcare professionals and the businesses they run. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
