Domi Medical LLC
Terms of Use
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms cover this website and the product demo it links to. They are not the agreement under which a practice buys Domi EMR; that is a signed subscription agreement.
1. Who we are
This website, domimedical.com (the "Site"), is operated by Domi Medical LLC ("Domi", "we"), a New Jersey limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Site describes Domi EMR, electronic health record software for medical practices, and offers a demonstration of it. It is written for health care professionals and the businesses they run. Domi is a software company, not a health care provider: nothing on the Site is a professional service, and the Site gives no advice to patients.
2. The demo is not a medical record
- Synthetic data only. The demo runs entirely in your browser on made-up data: fictional patients, fictional staff, fictional practices. It is connected to no database, no server and no real practice. Nothing you do in the demo is saved anywhere, and nothing in it is a real person.
- Enter no real patient information. Do not type a real patient's name, date of birth, diagnosis or anything else about a real person into the demo. The demo is not a HIPAA-compliant system, is not covered by any business associate agreement, and is not a place to keep anything. Anything you type is lost when you close the tab and may be visible to anyone else who uses the same browser before then.
- Nothing in the demo is advice. Medicines, interactions, screening prompts, codes, prices and estimates shown in the demo are sample content for showing the software. They are not clinical, coding, billing or legal advice, and may be wrong by design.
- The passcode is a courtesy, not security. The demo sits behind a shared word we give to prospects. It identifies nobody and authenticates nobody; it exists only so that passers-by do not wander in. Do not rely on it to protect anything, and do not treat holding it as permission to do anything beyond looking at the demo. We may change it at any time.
- The sign-in screen in the demo is an account picker. It checks no credential, and says so on the screen. A real Domi deployment signs staff in through an identity provider with multi-factor authentication; the demo does not.
- The patient-portal and video-visit demos are walkthroughs. They show a fictional patient, say so on every screen, and accept any date of birth.
3. Requesting a demo
The “Request a demo” form sends what you enter to our inbox by email and sends you one confirmation. Nothing is stored in a database or a log.
Include no patient information in the form. The email service that delivers it is not covered by a business associate agreement.
We use what you send to reply to you and to arrange and follow up a demo, as the Privacy Policy says. You can ask us to delete it at any time at admin@domimedical.com.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, design, images, product screens and the software behind the demo are owned by Domi Medical LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. “Domi”, “Domi EMR”, “Domi Patient” and the Domi logos are marks of Domi Medical LLC.
You may view the Site and use the demo to evaluate the product. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, sell or create derivative works from the Site or the demo. You may take screenshots to discuss the product with colleagues, and nothing here restricts what you say about the software's usability, interoperability, security or our business practices.
Third-party content shown in the product, such as clinical code sets, screening instruments, fonts and open-source libraries, is used under its own licences. Some of it, such as CPT®, may not be copied out of the demo.
5. Acceptable use
Do not: scrape, crawl, index or bulk-download the Site or the demo by automated means other than an ordinary search-engine crawler; probe, scan or test the Site's or the demo's security without our written permission (to report a vulnerability responsibly, write to us); submit the demo form repeatedly or by script; try to reach any system other than the public Site; or use the Site for anything unlawful.
We may block an address or a visitor that does any of these, without notice. If you misuse the Site or the demo, you are responsible for the harm it causes and will compensate Domi for any third-party claim, loss or cost that arises from it.
6. Links and third parties
The Site may link to other sites, including app stores and vendor pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. No warranty
The Site and the demo are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. The demo is a preview of a product under development; features shown may change, and the Site says separately what is live and what is built but waiting on a vendor. We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site, the demo or the passcode at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, coding, billing or financial advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell the product on any particular terms. A purchase is made only under a signed order form and subscription agreement.
Until Domi EMR appears on the ONC Certified Health IT Product List, nothing on the Site claims that it is certified.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Domi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profit or business, arising from the Site or the demo, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars. A claim against Domi about the Site must be brought within one year of the event that gave rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
How the Site handles what it receives is in the Privacy Policy at /privacy. In short: server logs kept by our hosting provider, what you send through the demo form, and no analytics, tracking scripts or advertising cookies. The privacy notice for the product itself, the patient portal and the Domi apps, is at /app-privacy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site is brought in the state or federal courts in Hudson County, New Jersey, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may change these terms by posting the new version here and updating the effective date above. Using the Site after a change is acceptance of it.
